By accessing or using CloudX's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CloudX provides managed hosting services, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice to our customers.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Payment and Billing
Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
CloudX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
